In an effort to provide you with the best selection of the newest merchandise GIFT TREK sometimes uses outside distributors to carry inventory and to make shipments. Some items on this site are delivered directly to you from one of our distributors. There fore exact delivery times are not entirely under the control of GIFT TREK. Most of the items on this site, however are carried "LIVE" in our storehouse and are delivered very promptly to you. That is why there are differences in estimated delivery times for various products. GIFT TREK is working very hard everyday to shorten delivery times for every item on this site.

GIFT TREK works with several distributors and wholesalers to bring you the BEST STAR TREK Products.

From Time to time Items may become out of stock or experience unexpected delivery delays. We do everythng that we can to keep item availability posted. however, if item demand exceeds normal expectations. This may cause items to go out of stock without notice. If any item goes completly out of stock, GIFT TREK will; 1- offer you a chance to substitute your item with something available. 2 - You may choose to wait until that item becomes available. or 3- GIFT TREK will offer you a refund to your credit card.

Shop Early to avoid or prevent disapointment. GIFT TREK can NOT guarentee how long any item will remain in stock or available.

Most of the items on this site are either exclusive or are in very limited supply.

At GIFT TREK our shipping rates are designed to cover several factors. First, many Star Trek items are packaged in irregular shapes. This causes us to use a larger shipping box than the weight of the item would seem to require. Larger boxes equal higher shipping costs. Second, our middle rate is set to encourage our customers to maximize their shipping costs by adding smaller items to their order. This saves you money. For example, once your purchases exceed $25.00, the shipping costs remain the same up to $74.99. You can add more to your cart without incurring any additional shipping charges. Lastly, whenever the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount that you were charged, which happens often, GIFT TREK pays the difference.

GIFT TREK does everything that we can to assure prompt and timely delivery. Whenever possible, we will upgrade your shipment to Priority Mail. We often do this for those cases when the amount that you paid for shipping is less than the actual cost. We only do this for US orders.

GIFT TREK Privacy and Security Policy:

We are very aware of your need for privacy. Therefore GIFT TREK Never shares, sells or releases your email address, telephone numbers or mailing address to any other company, business or agency. We never post anyone's name on our site or on TrekSpace with out written permission. This is only done rarely. (For Example; if we want to announce contest winners) At times, GIFT TREK will send email reminders of sales, promotiions or changes in inventory. You may at any time discontinue receiving these emails, simply by replying to one stating your desire to no longer receive such emails. GIFT TREK will always contact you concerning an existing or outstanding order.

GIFT TREK Secure Shopping Policy:

Your security is important to us. We offer both PayPay and Google checkouts. These are both known around the world for protecting buyers and sellers. They both have secure checkout systems. You can be assured that your confidential information is safe with them. If there is any occurance, you must contact them directly to assure that any problems are resolved.

GIFT TREK RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

GIFT TREK usually does not make cash, check, or credit refunds. Please use care when buying your items that you are certain of your interest in the merchandise and any sizes if applicable. You may exchange any item that is damaged either at the fault of GIFT TREK or as an occurrence during shipping.

Returns on unopened, factory sealed boxes accepted within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at ordres@gifttrek.net within 3 days of delivery to advise of
return. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Refunds of money back will be for the purchase price less
shipping. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Dependent upon current inventory levels, you will
receive a replacement or refund upon our receipt of item.

Before returning any item you must email GIFT TREK within three days of your receiving delivery of that item. You will need to include the item identification code/number, the order number and the complete payment name address and email address. You must also include a detailed description of the problem and request a replacement including the item number and description. GIFT TREK must receive the returned items not more than 10 days after they were originally delivered to you.

GIFT TREK will promptly replace your items that are returned at no additional charge to you. If your item was a limited edition product or if the item is no longer available, GIFT TREK will issue you a refund to your credit card that the was used to make the original purchase. All other items will be exchanged.

T-shirts will only be exchanged if GIFT TREK sent an incorrect item or size. T-shirts can NOT be returned if worn or washed.

As with any policy there are limited exceptions, please contact GIFT TREK promptly if you need to have a clarification of any policy or exceptions.

We recommend that all shoppers use these guidelines to assure their satisfaction with GIFT TREK.
